Shipping Policy for Infinity 108

Thank you for shopping with Infinity 108. We are committed to delivering your order with care and efficiency. This policy outlines our shipping procedures and timelines.
1. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday – Saturday, excluding public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
- You will receive another notification once your order has been shipped.
- For customized or made-to-order items, please allow an additional 5-7 business days for the creation of your unique piece before it is shipped.
2. Domestic Shipping (within India)
We offer shipping across India.
- Shipping Rates:
- Standard Shipping: We offer a flat rate shipping fee of ₹70 on all orders.
- Free Shipping: Enjoy free standard shipping on all prepaid orders over ₹999.
- Estimated Delivery Time:
- Once shipped, orders are typically delivered within 4-7 business days.
- Delivery to remote locations may take longer.
- These timelines are estimates and can vary based on your location and courier service availability.
3. International Shipping
Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We only ship to addresses within India.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email and/or a WhatsApp message from us which will include a tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.
5. Shipping Address
Please ensure that you provide the complete and correct shipping address, including the pin code and a contact number. Infinity 108 is not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the reshipment costs.
6. Potential Delays
While we strive to deliver your order on time, delays can occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as:
- Courier service delays
- Severe weather conditions
- Festivals and public holidays
- Other disruptions
We will do our best to keep you informed of any significant delays.
7. Damaged or Lost Packages
- Damaged in Transit: If you receive your order in a damaged condition, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damaged item and packaging. Please refer to our Refund Policy for more details on the process.
- Lost in Transit: If your order has not been delivered within 15 business days of shipping, please contact us. We will work with the courier company to locate your package. If the package is confirmed as lost, we will offer a replacement or a full refund.
