However, we understand that there may be occasions where you need to return an item. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns and refunds.

1. Eligibility for a Refund

You are eligible for a refund or exchange under the following conditions:

  • Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive an item that is damaged in transit or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Incorrect Product Received: If you receive a different product from what you ordered, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with original tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. How to Initiate a Return

3. The Return and Inspection Process

Once we receive your returned item, our quality assurance team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria mentioned in Section 1.

  • If the return is approved, we will initiate your refund or dispatch the replacement product.
  • If the return is not approved (e.g., the item shows signs of wear, is not in its original condition, or the issue is not a manufacturing defect), we will contact you to discuss the next steps. The item will be shipped back to you at your expense.

6. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • For Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items: If the return is due to our error, we will bear the cost of the return shipping. We will arrange for a reverse pickup from your address.
  • For Other Cases: In the rare event that a return is accepted for reasons other than those listed above, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item.
